Fitness Programs Schedule

The Fitness Program at Mountain Meadows is designed to meet the needs of all residents. Instructor and designer of the program, Carol Lee Rogers, facilitates most of the movement and balance classes held in the Rogue Room on weekday mornings. It is not unusual to hear sounds of music and merriment coming from the classes. In the afternoons, you will find Carol Lee in the Fitness Center, assisting residents with programs designed for their individual needs, and making sure all participants are using the state of the art equipment properly and safely.
